“I really enjoyed your teleclass.  I found it so inspiring that I stayed at the office and cleaned my desk until 10:30 p.m.  As I went through the day today, I thought of several of your gems.  Thank you so much!  Kathy V mailto:Kathyre@Ridgefield-CT.com

Time We are all given the same amount of time each day—no more, no less. Then, why do some people seem to be able to accomplish more, balancing all requests and effortlessly sail through their days? The secret is control—the skill of planning, self-discipline and life-management techniques.

  1. Planning saves time because it keeps you conscious of how you choose to use each minute. For every minute spent planning, four minutes are saved in the execution stage. That equates to one hour saved for every 15 minutes spent planning.
  2. Time perplexities – Time wasters, time obligations and the important stuff.
  3. Quiet hour – Interruption-free segments of time can multiply your effectiveness.
  4. Procrastination tendencies devour time. If you could change one habit this is the one that will put you on the roadway to success.
  5. Work smarter, not harder – List your priorities rather than prioritize your lists.

Paper The management of paper is a decision-making process. Clutter is simply the by-product of indecision. Mismanaging the endless influx of paper can cripple your ability to function effectively. Consider the cost of lost opportunities, tasks undone, decisions unmade and information lost.

  1. Clutter control - Every piece of paper can be managed effectively as long as you have the appropriate tools and information necessary to make a decision.
  2. Staying organized – A place for everything and everything in its place.
  3. Follow up and follow through – Honor commitments, meet deadlines, return calls and keep track of long-term projects.
  4. Mechanics of filing – Trips to the file cabinet consume precious moments especially when you can’t find what you are looking for.
  5. Mail – snail, voice, faxes and e-mail.
  6. EarthSmart – Protect our planet. Paper makes up about 25% of our garbage, much of which could be diverted through recycling programs.

Space We are all familiar with the concept of space. It is the distance between here and there. It is the extra room in the closet, a cleared off work area, manageable file cabinets and plenty of computer memory. Developing the layout that works for you will take time. The more thought you put into your space, the fewer adjustments you will need to make later.

  1. Desk Setup – Rectangular, L-shaped or U-shaped designs.
  2. Ergonomically speaking – Ergonomics is the relationship among physical, structural and psychological factors—the body positions and movement with regard to environment.
  3. Your image – The physical décor of your office can have a strong psychological effect on your mood and work habits.
  4. Feng Shui is the ancient art of placement in order to create balance and maintain harmony in your life. Feng Shui principles utilize six different types of enhancements as a way to stimulate the vibrations of your environment.

Stress Management Americans spend more than $4 billion a year on over-the-counter pain relievers for headaches and other stress-related ailments. Prevention costs nothing.

  1. Life is a juggling act – multiple roles and far too many priorities
  2. Causes of headaches
  3. Unclutter your mind – relax and rejuvenate
  4. Manic management vs. cool control
  5. Maintaining balance – prevent burnout
  6. Working with others – increase quality and teamwork
  7. Communicate your needs – set barriers
  8. Laughter – lighten up

Law Of Attraction  - Attract more time, more money, more friends, more energy, more business, more space…

“The Law of Attraction is a great teleclass and I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘sacred space’ it helped me in my normally hectic and chaotic day.  The class itself was cheaper than a therapist and far more helpful.  Judith, you maintained a wonderful rhythm from start to finish.  Worth the investment?  Absolutely! William Doerr, Director, Small Business Owner Advisory Association, LLC.  mailto:director@sboaa.com

“I loved the Law of Attraction class.  I immediately began to make changes in order to attract the things in life that are important to me.  Within days I reconnected with an old friend, obtained two new clients, and felt rested and relaxed.  The class is inspiring, motivating and empowering.  I highly recommend it.”   Susan SLovallo@ClutterSolutions.biz

Attraction is magnetism.  Take this teleclass and learn how to attract what it is you need and want in life without the struggle, without chasing after it, without trying to seduce it.  Being attractive is not an occasional happening; it is an everyday event.  Join us to learn the basic principles of attraction and how you can put it into practice immediately.
